- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Vickie was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my calf muscle. She was able to explain the issues and causes in a way I was able to understand. Following the treatment my calf feels significantly better. Further I have been able to run further and faster than before. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Vickie was brilliant, just what I needed mentally and physically after a hamstring tear. The exercises she gave me improved movement straightaway. She built on the progress I made, giving me further exercises building my strength and flexibility. I can't believe the difference it made in such a short time. I followed her advice completely and was so pleased with the results. I know my recovery will be much more effective working with her. Vickie is cheerful, positive and thorough.
