- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had been using Rowlands on a regular basis but i stopped going in because of the manager who was very rude and the service was appalling since a new manager was appointed in 2016 the service and staff have improved drastically and it is back to normal. I am dropping to 2 stars because i tried all day Monday 21/08/2017 to phone for an important repeat prescription and the phone was continually engaged until between 13/1400, lunch time! where it rang unanswered until 1401! engaged again! I went in and was told no it was on! and they were short staffed!! Think i will change to Well Chemist. Totallry unprofessional serviceby sharon jayne bryningOctober 13, 2017
